Ever After is a TenaZ Category D Complementary Medicine — a once-a-day morning capsule for adults following the NODIET™ Method as part of a balanced lifestyle. It combines the amino acids L-Phenylalanine and L-Tyrosine with B-group vitamins, chromium and fulvic acid. For adults 18 years and older. 30 capsules.
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before your first protein of the day, with a glass of water.
Active ingredients – per capsule
- L-Phenylalanine – 200 mg
- L-Tyrosine – 200 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) – 5 mg
- Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) – 5 mg
- Thiamine hydrochloride – 6.99 mg (providing 5 mg Vitamin B1)
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride – 6.08 mg (providing 5 mg Vitamin B6)
- Chromium Polynicotinate – 0.805 mg (providing 100 µg elemental chromium)
- Caffeine – 50 mg
- Fulvic Acid – 20 mg
Other ingredients: hard gelatin cap, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. For adults 18 years and older. Contains caffeine.
If you suffer from a chronic medical condition or are taking chronic prescription medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue use of this product at least 2 weeks prior to any planned surgical procedure. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using this product.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at or below 25 °C, in a cool dry place. Avoid sugar, wheat, alcohol and aspartame.
Why this warning appears
Ever After contains L-Phenylalanine 200 mg per capsule. Wherever a product contains phenylalanine — whether as an added amino acid, as it is here, or from the sweetener aspartame — South African labelling rules require a declaration such as “Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine.”
Phenylketonuria (PKU) is a rare inherited metabolic condition that is present from birth and picked up in early childhood. People with PKU are unable to break phenylalanine down normally, so it accumulates in the blood. It is therefore managed lifelong, under medical supervision, with a strict low-protein eating plan and strict avoidance of aspartame and added phenylalanine.
This is a mandatory allergen-style declaration, not a general health caution. Its purpose is to let the small group of people who must avoid phenylalanine identify the product at a glance.
If you have PKU, do not use Ever After. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, speak to your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare practitioner. For everyone else it is an ingredient disclosure — the other warnings above still apply.
