What is the NODIET Method?
The NODIET Method© is our coach-guided approach to building healthier daily habits — combining one-on-one support with TenaZ products as part of a balanced lifestyle, rather than a restrictive diet.
Are TenaZ products safe / approved?
TenaZ products are classified as Category D Complementary Medicines and are made in a cGMP-certified facility. They have not been evaluated by SAHPRA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare practitioner before starting.
How does the free consultation work?
You book a free online session with a TenaZ wellness coach. We talk through your goals and suggest supportive routines and products tailored to you — with no obligation to buy.
How long until I see results?
Everyone is different, and individual results vary. TenaZ works best as part of a healthy diet and active routine, used consistently over time.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Can I use TenaZ with medication or while pregnant?
Please consult your healthcare practitioner first — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on chronic medication, or have a medical condition.
Do TenaZ products contain caffeine?
Most of our range is completely caffeine-free. The only exceptions are Good Morning and No Thank You, which contain a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine from yerba mate, a gentle plant-based source. Any value pack that includes one of these will also contain caffeine, and we clearly label which products these are. If you prefer to avoid caffeine entirely — or are sensitive to it — you can choose from our wide selection of caffeine-free options with complete peace of mind. As always, if you’re unsure, we recommend a quick chat with your healthcare practitioner.
Do TenaZ products contain iodine?
No. We don’t add iodine to any TenaZ product, and our formulas are free from kelp, seaweed and other added iodine sources. We believe in full transparency about what goes into our products, which is why we’re happy to share complete ingredient information on request. If you’re monitoring your iodine intake for a specific reason, we’d simply encourage a quick word with your healthcare practitioner before starting — sound practice with any supplement.
Are TenaZ products gluten-free?
None of our products are made with gluten-containing ingredients — you won’t find wheat, barley, rye, oats or malt in any TenaZ formula. In the interest of full honesty, our products aren’t independently certified gluten-free, and because they’re made in a shared facility we can’t completely rule out trace amounts. For most people this is no concern at all, but if you have coeliac disease or a diagnosed gluten sensitivity, we recommend checking with your healthcare practitioner first so you can choose with confidence.
