Every pack includes the NODIET™ Method free of charge — a proprietary lifestyle methodology where no food group is eliminated. It is built on three pillars: Time Control, Portion Control and Food Control.
Time Control — Daily Eating Window
- Eat within a 12-hour window each day.
- The window opens at Break-your-Fast (morning) and closes at Start-your-Fast (evening).
- Outside the window: water, black coffee and plain tea — plus free vegetables, which have no cut-off.

Morning (½ hour before Breakfast)
- 1 × Good Morning
- 1 × Top, Bottom or All Over

- 1 × No Thank You (first 4 days, then only if cravings)
Afternoon (½ hour before Lunch)
- 1 × No Thank You (first 4 days, then only if cravings)
Night (½ hour before Bedtime)
- 2 × Balance
- 1 × Good Night

Do not take more than 2 No Thank You capsules in a day, and never later than 4pm. Most people use it twice daily for the first four days, then only when cravings hit — this makes your bottle last the full month. Always take your capsules with a glass of water. - Weight Management — replace 2 meals per day (Lunch and Dinner work best). You’ll need 2 tubs per month.

Break your Fast within 30 minutes of waking with a lean protein, or a TenaZ Shake mixed with 175 ml yoghurt — a Shake in water alone does not count.
Your Scoop Guide
- Up to 100 kg → 1 almost-full scoop (15 g)
- Over 100 kg → 1 scoop (15 g) + a palm-sized portion of protein, or 2 scoops (30 g)
- Daily maximum 4 scoops (60 g) — never replace all three meals.
Mixing
Mix with any cold medium and drink within 15 minutes:
- Water (best results)
- Pure fruit juice — first 4 hours only
- Milk or yoghurt (time of day matters):
