The TenaZ Shake is a nutritional meal supplement designed to contribute to your daily intake of protein, vitamins, and minerals as part of the NODIET Method. Moreover, each 15 g serving provides a balanced blend of macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals in a convenient, mix-and-go format.
How the TenaZ Shake meal supplement fits the NODIET Method
You take the Shake once per day to supplement one meal. Serve it alongside approximately 3 cups of fresh mixed vegetables, in line with the NODIET plate guidance. Meanwhile, breakfast remains a full food meal, ideally a protein-rich start within 30 minutes of waking. In addition, the daily TenaZ capsule protocol (AM and PM) continues alongside.
The TenaZ Shake meal supplement forms part of the NODIET Method from TenaZ International Diet Clinic. Therefore, it complements a balanced diet and an active lifestyle, rather than replacing varied, everyday meals. Because it is easy to prepare and gentle on a busy routine, it offers a convenient way to support your daily nutrition. Directions for Use: TenaZ Shake Meal Supplement
Mix 1 nearly full scoop (15 g) with 200 ml water or milk. Mix thoroughly and drink within 15 minutes. Serve together with approximately 3 cups of mixed vegetables as per the NODIET plate guidance. Note: using milk instead of water increases kilojoule intake.
