Refund and Returns Policy

At TenaZ, we aim to provide high-quality products and clear information so that you can make confident decisions about your health and weight-management journey.

Because of the nature of our products, we have a strict No-Refund and No-Returns Policy, as set out below.

1. No-Refunds / No-Returns

  • No refunds or returns are allowed once products have left our premises,
    except in cases of defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods as defined by the CPA.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened, used or unsealed products.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged on delivery, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Include your Order Number, photos and a short description.

If we confirm a defect, damage in transit or incorrect supply, we will, at our discretion and in line with the CPA:

  • replace the product, or

  • provide a refund or store credit for the affected item.

3. Change of Mind & Incorrect Product Choice

We do not offer refunds or returns where:

  • You change your mind after purchase, or

  • You selected the wrong product, pack or flavour, or

  • Results did not meet personal expectations.

If you are unsure which product is right for you, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Delivery & Non-Collection

  • If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts or non-collection, an additional courier fee may be charged to resend.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been collected by the courier, except where required by law.

5. Medical & Results Disclaimer

TenaZ products and the NODIET Method are not medical advice or a replacement for medical treatment.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed and are not a basis for refunds.
Always consult your doctor before starting any weight loss or supplement programme.
