Directions for use: Take one capsule approximately 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water. Use consistently as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Good Night combines B-group vitamins with the botanicals passionflower and valerian root.
Each capsule contains: Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1) 1 mg (83% NRV), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1 mg (77% NRV), Niacin (Vitamin B3) 1 mg (6% NRV), Biotin 0.2 mg (667% NRV), Calcium-d-pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 5 mg (92% NRV), Passionflower 250 mg, Valerian root 241.8 mg.
