Our story begins not in success, but in survival. After enduring severe family trauma, we — Sanet and her children Shelly & Teo, siblings Charlie & Berrie — made one decision that changed everything: to begin with the end in mind. We wanted to heal, to rebuild, and to create a future filled with strength and purpose.
Along the way, TenaZ became part of our family’s wellness journey — a way to support healthier habits and reconnect with ourselves. Step by step, we worked to turn our pain into purpose, focusing on consistency, balance and looking after one another.
TenaZ products are part of our lifestyle, not a treatment — our healing came from each other, support, and consistency.
Shelly’s journey became a source of hope and encouragement for us. Berrie’s passion for supplements brought balance and motivation into our routines.
