Recipes for TenaZ Smoothies

Very Berry Shake:
Scoop TenaZ Powder or Shake Powder + ½ a cup Mixed Berries or Cram Berries or Straw Berries  ( I prefer frozen Berries – they are much more affordable) + 3 Walnuts or any other nuts you prefer + ½ a cup Low fat Almond milk / milk / any flavour yogurt you prefer ( I prefer full cream blue berry yogurt) + 1 Cup Spinach / Kale + 1 teaspoon Flaxseed + Water as needed. Blend and Enjoy!

 

 

 

Apple Shake:
Scoop TenaZ Powder or Shake Powder + 1 Apple of your Choice sliced and cored + 3 Almonds +Low fat Almonds milk / milk + Spinach / Kale + Uncooked Oats + Cinnamon for taste + Ice Cubes. Blend and Enjoy!

Perky Banana:
Scoop TenaZ Powder or Shake Powder + 1 Frozen Banana + any of the following + 1 teaspoon Peanut butter / 1 cup chilled coffee / 1 cup Pineapple / a bit of naturelle coconut flakes + fat Almond milk / milk / any flavour yogurt you prefer (I prefer full flavoured yogurt) + Spinach / Kale + Water + Ice Cubes. Blend and Enjoy!

DIY:
You can use a variety of mediums with you your Meal or Shake Powder any time of the day e.g.:
Yogurt, Greek Yogurt, Coconut Water, Water, Fruit Juice, Beetroot Juice, Other Veggie Juices, Green Tea.

Veggies for fresh or frozen at for a boost of Fibre:
Spinach, Kale, Cucumber, Cauliflower, Celery,

Fruits and fruit juices in the Mornings e.g.:
Blue Berries, Strawberries, Frozen Tart Cherries, Kiwi, Pear, Peach, Mango, Lemon, Pomegranate, Passionfruit, Watermelon

Fats and seeds Boost Energy in Afternoons e.g.:
Nut butter, Cocoa, Chia seeds, Spirulina, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, Hemp Seeds, Avo

FROZEN TENAZ:


PUT a Shake in a Small Container and PUT in the FREEZER and FREEZE it and eat it as an ICE CREAM! Remember to freeze it Immediately after mixing.
